About Me

I’m Rene, the founder of 5 Elements. I am a Reiki Master, IET Master Teacher, NLP Practitioner, Certified Hypnosis Practitioner, and Life Coach. Before stepping fully into this work, I followed a traditional academic path, earning three Master’s degrees—but perhaps most importantly, my roots began in a very different space: I was a DJ.

For over 20 years, I worked as a DJ and wedding coordinator within the wedding industry. During that time, I witnessed something again and again—brides and women overwhelmed by planning, timelines, and the pressure to create the “perfect” day. In the rush, the presence, calm, and joy of these meaningful moments were often lost.

That experience planted the seed for what would later become 5 Elements Elegance.

As Five Elements evolved, I felt deeply called to create a division dedicated to supporting women during some of the most important seasons of their lives—weddings, birthdays, motherhood, life transitions, and moments when they simply need time for themselves. These experiences can be deeply joyful, yet emotionally demanding.

Every 5 Elements Elegance event is intentionally designed to support the mind, body, and soul. Our curated experiences may include facials, massage therapy, Reiki, sound bath experiences, breathwork, guided meditation, and other wellness offerings that allow the nervous system to soften and the body to restore. Each element is thoughtfully chosen to create balance, ease, and presence.

Through beautifully curated gatherings, we meet women exactly where they are—offering care, pampering, and energetic support that helps them reconnect with themselves. Whether celebrating a wedding, a milestone, or simply creating space to breathe, our events are designed to help women access their own sense of peace, clarity, and calm.

Today, 5 Elements Elegance exists to help women feel grounded, supported, and radiant during some of the most exciting—and sometimes challenging—moments of their lives. Our intention is simple: to create meaningful experiences that nurture, restore, and honor the whole woman.
